DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

When will my order ship?

-  Orders placed during normal business hours, of Mon.-Fri. 9AM-5PM may take up to 1-3 business days to process.


*Orders placed after hours and/or during weekend hours will begin to process next business day, in which the estimated time frame above will take place

When will my Domestic order arrive?

-  Typically for our Domestic customers, it may take up to 4-15 business days for your order to arrive. 

*This estimate does not include natural disasters or delays caused by the carrier in which NEWR does not take responsibility for

My package says delivered but I don't have my order?

- UPS, FedEx, DHL, & USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please allow up to 2 business days from the date your package was marked as delivered for possible arrival as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the by the end of the second day.

- Contact your local UPS, FedEx, DHL, & or USPS post office. *For USPS, make sure you contact your LOCAL USPS, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information. *

- For missing USPS packages, we also recommend going to MissingMail.USPS.com to report the incident in order to receive a case number so that we can look into the matter further if you reach out to us. Alternatively, you can contact USPS customer care at 1-(800) 275-8777.

- For other carriers, If the package still does not show up, please call that particular carrier to file a claim. Bess Body cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the carrier or stolen from a property, unless the customer paid for Priority Insured Mail shipping. Thank you for understanding! 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

When will my international order arrive?

-  International packages take up to 5-10 business days for your package to arrive to your country. From the date your package arrives to your country, you may estimate up to 9-21 business days for your package to arrive directly to your residence. 

*Unfortunately, once the package arrives to your country NEWR is not responsible for any additional charges due at customs, nor is NEWR in contact with the carrier in your specified country. Our carrier has provided us with the specified estimate provided above in which your order should arrive, please note, at times this time frame may exceed due to custom clearance.

Do you ship to my country and are there any additional charges?

-  We currently ship to the following international countries: 

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, South Korea, South Africa, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

- NEWR does not take responsibility for any additional charges that may arise at time of arrival to your country.

*Customs duty and/or taxes are to be covered by the receiving party at time of delivery*

My package says delivered but I don't have my order?

- Check your door/mailbox for note from your local post office. If you receive a note, it should provide you with the instructions you need to receive your package. 

- Contact your local post office and your local customs office. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. Postal services are used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.

GENERAL SHIPPING AND PROCESSING QUESTIONS

I just placed and order and used the wrong address?

- Oh No! If your order has not been shipped and/or a tracking number has not been issued to your order, modification of your shipping address will be available.

Unfortunately, if your order has shipped, NEWR is not responsible for any incorrect inputted addresses provided at time the order was placed.

Can you resend my package?

- If your package was returned, please contact our customer care team to assist you with receiving your item!

My order shipped to the wrong address!

- NEWR recommends to always review, verify and confirm inputted addresses at time the order is placed. NEWR does not take responsibility for incorrect addresses inputted at time an order is placed.

What does Pre-Sale mean?

- An item available for purchase via Pre-Sale prior to the arrival of the item, is an assurance that your order is accounted for in the receiving quantity as we do sell out quickly. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

I am not happy with my purchase, what can I do?

-  If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns up to 7-14 business days from the date the order was declared delivered. NEWR does not provide prepaid return labels for these types of returns. If you have exceeded this time frame Bess Body will not issue a refund/ nor exchange.

Please include original packaging, Packing Slip with your order number, the unused item(s) and First & Last Name to locate your order and accurately process your refund.

*Please note, all sales on clearance items are final. * If an item in your order is a clearance item, the product name will be marked with the words ‘Final Clearance’, 'Clearance' or ‘Sale’. Returns will not be accepted on any items marked clearance.

In the event your return consists of items purchased with a multiple-buy discount (for example, “buy one get one free”) in order to receive a refund for the purchased item, the purchased item plus the free item must be returned. If you choose to keep the free item, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will not be issued for items purchased for $0.00.

How long does my refund take to process?

- Once NEWR confirms a refund has been processed it typically takes up to 5-7 business days for a refund to be credited back to your original form of payment.

I don't have the same credit card; how can I get my refund?

- NEWR is only able to credit original form of payment methods for which how the order was processed. Please note, once a refund has taken place, you will need to contact your banking institution to have the funds re-routed to the proper location as we are unable to assist in personal banking matters.

I received the incorrect order!

-  Oh no! We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but we do understand that mistakes do occur. As we value your complete satisfaction, our top priority is your shipping experience with us!

We will gladly assist you with any issue with your order. Please contact our customer care team within 7 business days of delivery to immediately help you. Please note that you may be required to provide photos of the received items for our team to better assist you!

Can I modify or add to my current order?

-  No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. We may of course cancel your order if it has not been shipped so you may proceed to process a new order with the selected items you wish to receive, simply contact our Customer Care Team to review the status of your order prior to placing a new order.

Can I call NEWR?

-  We currently don’t have a phone number for customer care inquiries, but we recommend taking a look around our FAQ Section to find answers to your questions/concerns. If you can’t find what you’re looking for or need help regarding your order, our Customer Care team will be more than happy to assist you via Email!
